Key responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the daily operations of the office: mail handling, supplies, office environment, and shared spaces.
Plan and book conferences and meeting spaces, including logistics around catering, tech, and external participants.
Be our culture ambassador – strengthen and spread our values in everyday interactions.
Provide administrative and practical support to the leadership team; act as a proactive partner.
Stay one step ahead – notice what needs to be done before others ask, with a sharp eye for detail and service.
Over time: grow into an Executive Assistant role with tasks such as calendar management, travel bookings, preparing meeting material, etc.
Who you are
A humble and hands-on person who thrives in a practical and fast-paced environment.
Structured and self-driven – you see what needs to be done and take initiative.
A natural culture carrier; you contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Service-minded and flexible – you’re happy to step in wherever needed.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written – in Swedish and also English.
Previous experience from a similar role (office management, admin support, assistant) is a plus, but your drive and attitude are what matter most.
