About the role

As Coordinator Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimized workflows, and seamless collaboration between Campaign Directors and Campaign Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing both part-time and full-time coordinators. Your passion for leadership and your commitment to helping others succeed will be key, as you work to empower your team and create an environment where everyone can thrive. Through effective planning and close coordination, you’ll ensure the team is fully resourced, working efficiently, and maximizing the impact of every campaign.

Your Responsibilites

• Lead, support, and develop both full-time and part-time coordinators, providing guidance and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by managing scheduling and workload distribution.
• Lead the recruitment process to build and expand a skilled and dynamic coordinator team.
• Regularly monitor, report, and optimize team performance to meet and exceed campaign goals.
• Inspire and develop our coordinators, identifying and implementing growth opportunities to build team capabilities.
• Step in as needed to support daily operations and assist coordinators with their tasks.
