About the role
This role focuses on identifying and analyzing emerging trends across media and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and translating them into actionable recommendations for Cure Media’s clients’, with a main focus on beauty. You will be part of the Creative team and report to the Creative Lead. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to supporting L’Oréal with trend analysis and actionable recommendations.
Examples of what you will do
Monitor social platforms and the broader media landscape to identify trends, viral content, and shifts in consumer behavior.
Analyze data and consumer insights to understand how trends impact brands and target audiences.
Develop trend reports highlighting key movements across B2C categories.
Translate trends into actionable recommendations to enhance our client’s digital presence, influencer collaborations, and brand identity.
Support in client meetings by presenting trends and actionable recommendations.
Who you are
You’re a curious and trend-driven person who enjoys turning trends and cultural signals into actionable recommendations for B2C brands, with a main focus on the beauty category. You have a strong understanding of social media and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape. You take ownership, are proactive and structured in your way of working, and communicate clearly and confidently.
Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Education (Yrkeshögskola) in Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with consumer-focused brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) and their algorithms.
