As the SEO Manager, your focus is to plan, manage and execute all activities related to organic search. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future way of working with SEO, to drive our online growth. Your goal is to identify and unleash the business potential via SEO on all our focus markets. The role is partly strategic, and also includes a lot of hands-on execution.

What you will do:
- Be responsible for the quality and growth of both on and off-site factors of SEO
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to increase the search engine results ranking on our focus markets (UK, Germany & the Nordics).
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- Continuously optimize the content of landing pages, blogs and websites.
- Analyze the insights and report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, content, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc., and translate them into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
- Monitor and analyze site performance, as well as ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our website.
- Stay up to date regarding SEO trends and standards, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team.
Who we think you are:
- You have +3 years of proven experience of working with SEO as a SEO Manager or SEO Specialist, preferably within B2B. Knowledge in SEM is highly meritorious.
- You have broad experience of working with both on- and off-page SEO, and both technical and content-driven SEO.
- You are an advanced user of tools used for SEO (Google Tools, Social platforms, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar).
- You have great English skills, both in speaking and writing - preferably you’re an native English speaker.
- You have exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in SEO, SEO Strategies and SEO Best Practices.
- Your analytical skills are great and you are comfortable digging into tools such as Google Analytics to make data driven decisions.
- You possess strong commercial drive, achieving results and driving the business forward.
- You are a true team player and an expert in translating and communicating data into actionable insights for your colleagues.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, always staying curious on what is yet to come.

Location & Reporting: The role can be based either at our London office or in Stockholm, and report to the Head of Marketing in Stockholm.
