We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Sales Director/Manager for the UK market, to join us on our journey to becoming the first choice for brands and influencers in Europe!

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategically process marketing teams in the UK and educate them in influencer marketing as well as Cure Media's products and services. Motivate potential partners to allocate budget towards influencer marketing as part or key component of their media mix. 
  • Build a pipeline with relevant key client meetings and deals, to reach individual as well as company goals in the UK.
  • Share your and Cure Media's expertise in influencer marketing through client meetings and LinkedIn.
  • Work strategically to understand a brand’s marketing goals, and in line with their needs, develop relevant influencer marketing strategies and activations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop yourself in marketing, business and especially influencer marketing.
  • Build and contribute to Cure Media's culture and your colleagues' wellbeing at work.
  • You will ultimately be responsible for revenue and customer acquisition in the UK.
  • After a couple of months, together with relevant stakeholders at HQ, recruit and develop a strong UK Sales Team in London.


Are you the one we're looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development within Digital Marketing (e.g. paid social, paid search), with proven strong track record.
  • Native English speaker with great knowledge of the UK marketing industry 
  • We work in an industry that is constantly evolving, so you need to be flexible and have the courage to change.
  • You’re brave and you dare to challenge the status quo - both with customers and within our organisation.
  • You are self-driven and focused on creating results and reaching goals.
  • You have a deep understanding of marketing and you thrive off developments in the digital sphere.
  • You understand the power of influencer marketing. 
  • You have experience in running longer processes with a sales cycle of +1 year and closing deals worth GBP +100k, you know what to do to gain C-Suite confidence.
  • Leadership experience a bonus - You will be an important part of creating and building the UK team.

Start: ASAP (Full-time) 

Location & Reporting: You’ll be based in the UK as part of our London office and report to the Head of Revenue in Stockholm.
